|It really is all about the slushies

The verdict on the cherry creamslush from Sonic: tasty and not heavy like a shake (though I am purposely avoiding looking up the calorie load). Not strongly-flavored, but then if I liked strongly-flavored, I'd have gotten lime. (Next time, maybe.)
Yum. Bet it's even better in July.
Hey, you made it! Did you have to wait in the staging area still?
Aren't you nice to ask! No, the traffic there has calmed down enough that people can drive right into the parking lot. That doesn't guarantee there'll be a spot right away, or if there is, that you can get to it (parking slots, the drive through line, and people trying to get to more parking slots all share about 2.5 lanes in back of the building; gridlock often results).
I also stopped for a Blue Coconut slushie and some decidedly pedestrian popcorn chicken a couple of weeks ago. Blue Coconut is one of those flavors that I couldn't believe existed, but it does and it isn't bad. Not really that coconutty...but very, very blue.
I can't recommend the Ocean Breeze or whatever it is called. Kinda salty, and interesting, but not enough to want one again.
You mean the Ocean Water? Wow, funny. I guess I thought it was another name for their Blue Coconut flavor made as a regular drink rather than a slush. Sounds like they do more with it than that. Maybe I'll try it sometime for curiosity's sake...but in the kid size, I think. ;)
