Mr. Olbermann argues passionately that George W. Bush has removed a set of rights that make Americans American: constitutional habeas corpus (the right of those imprisoned by the federal government to be brought to court), and the provisions of the Geneva Convention (prohibiting torture). Possibly the best speech I've ever heard. Whether or not you agree, it's worth a listen/read.
